About AEA

Vision:

We, the Ateneo Economics Association, aim to foster the growth of students who exemplify the Ignatian value of Magis through actions geared towards socio-economic awareness and development.

Mission:

We, the members of AEA, are committed to enhancing our potentials and helping others realize the importance of economics to the public through service and interaction with fellow Ateneans, other student economists, business communities, government institutions and society.

Objectives:

• AEA shall strive to foster unity and personhood among students in the organization

• AEA aims to serve as a venue towards discussion and development of ideas and their application in the field of Economics

• AEA in its desire to bridge the gap between Theory and practice shall serve as the intermediary between students and the academe, business community, civil society, and government.
